Voice AI Quietly Transforming Hospital Operations: Automated Summaries and Record-Keeping

At the International Hospital and Health Tech Expo held from August 19 to 21 at COEX in Seoul, several companies unveiled voice recognition AI solutions designed to streamline hospital operations across multiple workflows.
Puzzle AI presented 'PuzzleGen,' which automatically transcribes physician-patient conversations into medical records and can even populate EMR (Electronic Medical Record) fields without manual data entry, with pilot programs currently underway at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital and Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital.
