PuzzleAI, an AI-powered voice recognition medical record solution company, has formally begun its IPO preparation by selecting Korea Investment & Securities as its lead underwriter.
The company plans to undergo a technology evaluation in the second half of 2026, with the goal of listing on the KOSDAQ market through a technology-based special listing the following year.
Founded in 2018, PuzzleAI's flagship product is 'Puzzle Gen,' an AI solution that listens to real-time conversations between medical staff and patients and automatically generates clinical records.
Having secured major university hospitals as key clients, PuzzleAI is also reportedly considering a pre-IPO funding round depending on the results of its technology evaluation.
