PuzzleAI Selected for Medical AI Testbed Program, to Pilot at Seoul St. Mary's and Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital
PuzzleAI formed a consortium with Seoul St. Mary's Hospital and Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital and was selected to carry out the 2026 Medical AI Testbed Support Program run by the Korea Health Information Service.
The solution being piloted, 'Puzzle Gen,' uses real-time speech recognition of doctor-patient conversations and generative AI to automatically draft medical records, with its versatility to be tested across two hospitals using different EMR systems.
Seoul St. Mary's Hospital will evaluate automated outpatient and ward record creation, while Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital will assess the accuracy of automatic surgical note entry in an ENT operating room setting.
PuzzleAI aims to demonstrate that its AI agent can function across diverse hospital environments without requiring separate EMR API development, ultimately reducing the documentation workload for medical staff.
