Medical AI company PuzzleAI signed a business agreement with healthcare IT platform specialist IonM Solution to jointly develop an AI-based integrated EMR platform tailored for small and mid-sized hospitals.
The plan is to integrate PuzzleAI's speech recognition (STT), LLM, and AI Agent technologies into IonM Solution's existing healthcare information systems, enabling a hands-free environment where clinicians can document patient records by voice alone.
The two companies will also pursue joint R&D, expand services to new medical institutions, and run co-marketing campaigns to drive innovation in smaller hospital settings.
The collaboration is expected to reduce the burden of medical record documentation while improving clinical efficiency and the overall quality of healthcare services.
