Daewoong Pharmaceutical, Seers Technology, and Puzzle AI Sign MOU to Co-Develop Generative AI Smart Hospital Solutions
Daewoong Pharmaceutical has announced the signing of a three-party Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Seers Technology and Puzzle AI to jointly develop and commercialize generative AI-based smart hospital solutions. According to the article, the agreement aims to enhance operational efficiency across medical facilities and establish a patient-centered smart care environment by introducing advanced digital healthcare technologies, including voice recognition for clinical documentation, AI-driven electronic medical record (EMR) automation, and patient condition monitoring. Under the partnership, Puzzle AI will provide its voice recognition-based documentation solution 'GenNote,' Seers Technology will develop integration between its smart patient monitoring system 'Think' and GenNote while advancing clinical validation, and Daewoong Pharmaceutical will lead marketing and distribution efforts to hospitals and medical institutions. Notably, GenNote is already deployed in more than 170 hospitals across South Korea, including Asan Medical Center, underscoring the solution's proven track record in real-world clinical settings. The collaboration is drawing attention as a significant step toward driving innovation in South Korea's smart hospital market, with stated ambitions to expand into global digital healthcare markets.
