Bumin Hospital Group and PuzzleAI Sign MOU to Build AI-Based Smart Clinical and Patient Care Systems
Bumin Hospital Group (Chairman Jeong Heung-tae) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with PuzzleAI (CEO Kim Yong-sik), an AI healthcare specialist, to build AI-powered smart clinical and patient care systems across its hospitals. Under the agreement, the two organizations will jointly introduce voice recognition systems for clinical documentation, generative AI-based automated medical record management, and AI-assisted clinical decision support tools. Notably, PuzzleAI plans to deploy specialized AI solutions not only in outpatient settings but also in high-acuity environments such as emergency centers, intensive care units, and operating rooms, supporting Bumin Hospital's broader transition to a smart hospital model. PuzzleAI brings proven experience from prior collaborations with Seoul Asan Hospital and Seoul St. Mary's Hospital, and has recently received the IR52 Jang Yeong-sil Award in recognition of its technological excellence. This partnership is expected to serve as a significant milestone in enhancing clinical efficiency for medical staff while simultaneously improving the quality of patient-centered care.
